As California’s restrictions surrounding COVID-19 loosen, more live events are beginning to take shape in Irvine. With that said, laughs have been rolling in as comedy has taken center stage at the Irvine Improv inside the Irvine Spectrum Center. Now the venue is set to host some notable names in comedy in the next few weeks.

Kevin Nealon

Well known for his role as a regular cast member in Saturday Night Live! from 1986 to 1995, and his guest roles in Happy Gilmore and Weeds, Kevin Nealon is no stranger to the spotlight.

Today, Nealon spends his time as a character artist on @KevinNealonArtwork and is set to perform four shows at the Improv on February 25 – 27.

Carlos “Haha” Davis

If you happen to follow Haha on Instagram, you already know he’s a man of many talents and loves poking fun at himself.

With more than 6 million Instagram followers, it’s safe to say tickets may go fast. Be sure to check out Davis’ appearance at the Irvine Improv on Friday, February 25.

Listed as a special event, the Pretty Basic Podcast, which is hosted by Alisha Marie & Remi Cruz, has accumulated more than 100,000 followers on Instagram.

The Pretty Basic Podcast comes to the Irvine Improv on March 13.

Andrew Santino

Aside from having an awesome Instagram name, actor and comedian Andrew Santino from FX’s Dave is set to perform four shows at the Irvine Improv in March.

Coming off his Cheeto Tour, Santino has been capturing knee-slapping reactions for the last few months.

Patton Oswalt

Well-known grammy-wining actor, comedian, writer Patton Oswalt will perform on March 28 and March 29 at the Improv at the Irvine Spectrum.

Michael Rapaport

Some people love him, some hate him – but no matter what your opinion is on Michael Rapaport, he’s coming to the Irvine Improv for two shows on April 22 and April 23.

While most of Rapaport’s social media content is profanity-laced ranting, there’s undoubtedly hundreds of people clamoring to hear every word come April.

Nick Swardson

A fan of wigs and giving “zero fox”, actor and comedian Nick Swardson is well-known for his roles in Grandma’s Boy, and Comedy Central’s RENO 9-1-1. Performing on April 29 – May 1.
