To address a growing need for blood donations in Orange County, the Great Park in Irvine is set to become the site of a series of blood drives hosted by UCI Heath and the City of Irvine, the city has recently announced.

Starting on Tuesday, May 17, the Great Park will begin scheduling appointment-based blood drives between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. once per month, through September.

Blood donations at the Great Park are scheduled for the following dates:

Tuesday, May 17
Wednesday, June 22
Tuesday, July 19
Tuesday, August 16
Tuesday, September 20
