While it may be a difficult task to find the perfect burger, due to its subjective nature, thankfully, there are dedicated foodies willing to endure the hardships of selecting the most memorable dishes.
While the list of burgers may be endless, it’s nice to know that a local favorite, The Cut in Irvine, has been ranked as the top burger in Southern California, according to Yelp!
With four-and-a-half out of five stars, the former food truck turned brick and mortar has become a culinary staple in Irvine.
In fact, just one year ago, The Cut was ranked in Irvine Weekly’s Best Burgers In Irvine, so it’s no surprise to see this local burger joint rank so highly on the scale of trusted foodies.
Leaning on more experiential, The Cut — also known as Southern California’s best burger — uses an outside-the-box approach for its savory burgers.
Take the Colombian Burger, for example, made with smoked mozzarella, cilantro chimichurri and roasted bananas.
Created by Chef Andres Dangond, a former chef of Michelin Star acclaim, the cut also features small bites, a full bar and has a dedicated brunch menu.
While you may disagree with this ranking, it is equally important to try as many burgers as possible, in order to determine supremacy.
The Cut is located 3831 Alton Pkwy Irvine, CA 92606
