While Gov. Newsom may have shutdown bars, and halted indoor operations for restaurants in 19 counties across the state, the city of Irvine has been planning to dine al fresco since May.
Here’s a list of Irvine restaurants that have already made the necessary adjustments to their dining service and are currently participating in the Irvine’s Dine Al Fresco Outdoor dining program.

However, while restaurants are still allowing customers to “dine” alfresco in the city of Irvine, California mandates require face coverings in all public settings in which social distancing cannot be accomplished.
